I had the immense joy to share my journey on Yeba’s podcast “L’Essentiel”: changing life radically to ultimately finding back my inner self. ⁣⁣

These last days have put our world and lives upside down. I feel that this period, albeit challenging (e.g. fear, restriction of freedom, uncertainty), will teach us a lot about ourselves. For the first time in a long time, we are not busy, we can not escape...and this is the time when you can encounter your inner self. It might not be easy at first but it will bring you more joy, purpose. ⁣⁣
