Each made-to-measure piece begins from a signature MONA WIE silhouette, refined over many hours of design and pattern work. This ensures your garment keeps the distinctive MONA WIE aesthetic while being tailored precisely to your body and preferences.

THE FABRIC SELECTION EXPERIENCE

Once you have chosen your model, the true customisation begins. We work with a curated selection of premium fabrics from renowned European mills: from wool and cashmere to silk and linen blends. Based on your preferences, we prepare a first selection and send fabric swatches to you together with a measurement kit. This allows you to experience the colours and textures at home and see how they complement your existing wardrobe.

PERSONALISED DESIGN DETAILS

Beyond fabric, you can adjust design details such as length, sleeve shape, lining and finishing touches. Throughout the process, creative director Ramona Wilmes guides you so that every choice enhances both the beauty of the piece and how it works in your daily life.

PRECISION MEASUREMENT PROCESS

Accurate measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit. During a virtual or in-person fitting session, Ramona guides you step by step through taking your measurements with the kit provided. For even more precision, we may also reference measurements from garments you already love wearing.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Before your garment reaches you, it undergoes a detailed quality check. We carefully inspect construction, fabric behaviour and all finishing details to ensure your piece meets MONA WIE's standards of craftsmanship and durability.

ETHICAL PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Production begins withina few business days after your choices are confirmed and your fabric has reached the workshop. Once the fabric has reached the atelier, each piece is handcrafted over approximately 2–3 weeks in selected European ateliers that share our values of ethical production, responsible sourcing and long-lasting quality.

OUR FIT GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is central to our work. If adjustments are needed, we review each case individually and propose the best solution, which may include alterations or, in some cases, a remake.
